Netta Architects was commissioned by HMS Host (and successor Applegreen USA), as part of the Service Plaza Renovation Program along the NJ Turnpike, to Rehabilitate their existing Cranbury Location Service Plaza. The Travel Plaza is a 24-Operated Mixed Use Occupancy site, inclusive of Branded Quick Service Restaurants, C-Store, Fueling Station, Truck Parking, and Rest Room Facilities. The program included facility rebranding; complete exterior and Interior redesign and renovation to update the finishes and modernize the facility; reconfiguration of floor spaces to accommodate new food offers; base building upgrades to meet current building codes; and a complete renovation of the building façade. Netta Architects lead the design consultant project team comprised of Site/Civil, Geotechnical, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Security, Low Voltage, Lighting, and Food Services, and coordinated all NJ Department of Consumer Affairs permitting.
