Netta Architects was selected to design a new 5-story boutique mixed-used building in the heart of downtown Rahway, NJ.
The building is located one block from the New Jersey Transit Rahway Station and contains forty-three (43) residential units along with amenities such as; gymnasium, community room and common space for tenants. The ground floor contains a retail component as well as flexible work spaces for tenants.
