NJIT Rise Student Housing & Parking Garage

Netta Architects in association with Niles Bolton Architects was selected by Rise Development to design the Public Private Partnership (P3) development of the new eight (8) story, 548 bed student housing building and 200 car parking deck on the former site of the Warren Street School located on the NJIT campus. The 250,000 square foot building is set on a prominent campus corner and introduces additional ground level retail into the campus, as well as provides additional on-campus housing to reduce the University’s on-campus housing deficit. The project recently opened to the public in October of 2022.
