Jersey City Firehouse No. 10 | Ladder No. 12

Netta Architects is proud to serve as the lead design consultant for Jersey City’s new firehouse for Engine No. 10 and Ladder No. 12 of the Jersey City Fire Department. This modern, three-story, 18,000-square-foot facility includes dual apparatus bays capable of housing up to four trucks and features advanced decontamination and hose extraction systems. Designed with firefighter safety and efficiency in mind, the firehouse also offers dedicated spaces for training, exercise, offices, dining, and housing. The project is on track to achieve LEED Silver Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, showcasing a commitment to sustainability and cutting-edge design.
