Burlington County Prison Museum

LOCATION: MOUNT HOLLY, NJ

Netta Architects was honored to play a key role in the historic restoration of the Burlington County Prison Museum, a National Historic Landmark designed by Robert Mills. Our team meticulously worked to preserve the integrity of this significant structure while incorporating modern upgrades to ensure its continued use as a museum. By respecting the original brick and stone construction and maintaining the vaulted concrete ceilings, we preserved the architectural legacy of Mills’ work. Netta’s attention to detail and commitment to historical accuracy allowed us to restore the building’s historical charm, while implementing the necessary enhancements to make it accessible and functional for future generations.
