New Netta Architects Location
Netta Architects, LLC is proud to announce the opening of a new location in Boca Raton, Florida in order to expand its design services in the public and private sector in South Florida. The new office, located in Suite 350 of the One Park Place Building, 621 NW 53rd Street, opened July 1, 2018.
“South Florida is a prime location for our firm; it places us in close proximity to provide architectural services to clients in our core markets, especially the growing residential, healthcare, aviation, and public sectors,” said CEO Nicholas J. Netta, AIA, NCARB, “We are looking forward to serving the South Florida market and providing Netta Architects unique philosophy for our existing and future clients.”
Mr. Netta further added: “This expansion is a timely convergence of several business goals and marks an important milestone for the firm as we will be able to serve our increasingly national clientele in their locale, and develop new business and professional relationships.”
The South Florida office will be led by Victor Cabàn-Diaz, AIA, LEED AP, Principal, and Director of Building Information Modeling (BIM) Services. In this role, he will manage the office operations as well as design and sustainability initiatives. In this dual capacity, Mr. Cabàn-Diaz brings expertise to clients who are industry leaders, offering BIM, a valuable design, construction, and building management tool, to save time and money during construction, and reduce long-term maintenance costs.
Mr. Cabàn-Diaz will provide Revit/BIM training and consulting through a Netta Architects affiliate company, Building Ingenuity. Netta Architects, with its headquarters in Mountainside, NJ, and offices in New York City and Dallas, is a full service award winning architectural firm offering planning, interior design and construction management services.
