The Wave

Netta Architects was selected by Advanced Development Group to design a new boutique 10-unit Ocean Front Tower in Pompano Beach, Florida. The 12-story building includes a ground level lobby, with second floor amenities deck along with other common areas. The building will contain ten (10) full floor three bedroom units designed to maximize ocean views. The building is designed with a wrap around balconies to maximize exterior space and his highlighted by a central opaque core which will serve as the buildings main sculpture design element fixing it along the coast.
