Matthew joined the firm right out of College. He, now in his 6 th year here, has grown under the mentorship of two principals of the firm. He has developed into a strong designer and coordinator of multiple project professionals to ensure client satisfaction. He is well versed with state and local regulations and coordinating with internal teams and external partners, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure that all projects were completed on time and within budget. He is also skilled in project finances and account reconciliation.

Matthew takes direction from the design leads and implements the vision into working drawings. He is regularly in the field during construction to conduct site visits, respond to RFIs, monitor construction progress, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
