Juliette Schiff is an award-winning architect with over 30 years of professional experience in architecture, design, and management. Her career spans a diverse range of industries, combining innovative design with exceptional leadership and business acumen.

Juliette’s multidisciplinary expertise includes commercial, medical, government, community, industrial, and residential projects of varying scales and scopes. Her collaborative approach to project management is rooted in strategic planning, meeting financial goals, effectively leading teams, and exceeding client expectations. She has directly managed over 250 staff and has a proven track record of delivering innovative, site-specific designs that prioritize sustainability and intelligent solutions.

Juliette earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Florida Atlantic University, graduating summa cum laude as valedictorian. She later served as an adjunct professor at FAU, teaching architecture and MEP systems for over a decade. Her accomplishments include receiving the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Palm Beach Chapter Merit Award of Excellence for Sustainable Commercial or Institutional Building, as well as the AIA School Medal and Certificate of Merit for Excellence in the Study of Architecture.

Certified as a LEED® Accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Council, Juliette demonstrates a thorough understanding of sustainable design principles. Notably, her Jack Scalisi Wholesale Fruit & Produce distribution headquarters achieved LEED Gold certification, reflecting her commitment to environmentally responsible design.
