Mr. Rosenthal is a Director of Retail with over 30 years of experience leading and supervising large scale construction projects, administering architectural production staff and construction administration as a manager,Principal and Partner, overseeing construction build processes / sub-contractor work. Experienced in managing and facilitating project teams for adherence of clients’ programming and design intent, from creation of schematic design, into design development and finalizing with construction documents. Licensed Architect with past registrations including NCARB, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland & Delaware.

Mr. Rosenthal’s work has included client management of major ground up and reconstruction projects for the NewJersey Turnpike Authority as well as major capital construction projects at Newark Airport and LaGuardia Airport.
