Having worked on numerous multi-million-dollar projects with many prominent architectural firms in New York andNew Jersey, Ben Videña’s role in Construction Administration allows him to respond to the contractors RFIs and review shop drawings ensuring everything is in conformance with the design intent. In addition to performing site visits and assessments on the conditions of existing structures, his responsibilities include: identifying the constructibility, production of quality architectural contract documents, and coordinating with our engineering consultants to make certain project documents are delivered on time and within budget. Prior to migrating to the United States, Ben had his own architectural practice in the Philippines with projects ranging from residential housing to commercial and retail projects.
