Robert McNamara, Senior Principal at Netta Architects, provides strategic leadership across some of the firm’s largest and most complex architectural projects. His extensive experience spans civic and government facilities, justice architecture, multifamily residential developments, and higher education projects.
Robert is highly skilled in project facilitation, multidisciplinary consultant coordination, engineering systems, infrastructure planning, and guiding clients through major design and investment decisions. Since joining Netta Architects, he has become an integral member of the firm’s senior leadership team, overseeing project teams and maintaining quality from initial planning and design through construction administration.
His portfolio includes leadership on the Frank J. Guarini Justice Complex in Jersey City and student housing developments for the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Robert’s considerable field, construction, and site-safety experience allows him to anticipate project challenges, coordinate effective solutions, and ensure that design intent is successfully carried through construction.
