Nicholas J. Netta, AIA, NCARB, is a New Jersey architect and the Founder and CEO of Netta Architects. For more than three decades, he has shaped the firm’s vision, culture, and approach to architectural design. Under his leadership, Netta Architects has grown from a public works design practice into a multidisciplinary architecture firm serving public- and private-sector clients across the United States.
Nicholas built the firm around a commitment to design excellence, responsive client service, and practical problem-solving. He has guided its expansion into new markets, project types, and regions while preserving the hands-on approach that has defined Netta Architects since its founding. Today, the firm operates from offices in New Jersey, New York City, and South Florida.

The Governor of New Jersey appointed Nicholas to the New Jersey State Board of Architects, where he was later elected President. His service reflects a longstanding commitment to the architectural profession and the standards that guide responsible practice.
