Matt Netta

Matthew Netta is a licensed architect and Project Manager at Netta Architects, where he leads project teams and supports work across design, construction, operations, and project management. Since joining the firm after college, he has grown into a trusted leader with broad knowledge of both architectural practice and the business of delivering successful projects.

Matt manages multiple projects while guiding designers, coordinating consultants, and supporting other project managers. He works closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication, schedules, budgets, and project quality. His experience also includes project finances, account reconciliation, resource planning, and team coordination.

Working alongside the firm’s design leaders, Matt translates creative concepts into accurate construction documents. He remains actively involved during construction through site visits, RFI responses, progress reviews, and regulatory coordination. His knowledge of state and local requirements helps teams identify issues early and keep projects moving forward.

As part of Netta Architects’ next generation of leadership, Matt continues to take on greater responsibility across the firm. He mentors team members, improves internal processes, and helps project managers deliver consistent results. His combination of architectural expertise, operational insight, and team leadership positions him to play an important role in the firm’s long-term growth and future direction.
