Laurence K. Uher, AIA, LEED AP

Laurence K. “Larry” Uher, AIA, LEED AP, is a Senior Principal at Netta Architects. For more than 30 years, he has served educational, civic, and other institutional clients. Over the past decade, Larry has also helped lead the firm’s growth in aviation architecture. Larry brings experience across every stage of design and construction. His work ranges from early concepts and client presentations to construction documents and on-site oversight.

As Senior Principal, Larry guides project design, coordination, and delivery. He stays involved throughout each assignment to support quality, clear decisions, and successful outcomes. He also works closely with project teams in a practical, hands-on role. Clients value Larry’s service, communication, and ability to guide groups with many stakeholders. These strengths are especially important on campus projects with complex goals, schedules, and approval needs.

Larry has led projects of many sizes throughout New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. His experience includes master planning, new construction, additions, renovations, and modular construction. He has also delivered certified sustainable projects and renewable energy work for public and private clients.
