Hong Jin, AIA, ASID, LEED AP, NCARB
Hong Jin is an award-winning designer and Senior Principal at Netta Architects, where she has been a key part of the firm’s growth since its earliest years. She has led Netta’s interior design practice, bringing expertise in architecture, interiors, urban design, color, materials, and space planning to many of the firm’s most significant projects.
Throughout her career at Netta, Hong has helped shape major assignments including the Frank J. Guarini Justice Complex, NJIT student housing projects, and large-scale aviation facilities for leading airlines. Her collaborative approach engages clients throughout the design process, from early programming and concept development through final material selections and interior detailing.
Hong also oversees the firm’s sustainable design initiatives and LEED®-certified projects. As a LEED® Accredited Professional, she brings a strong understanding of sustainable design strategies and the certification process, helping Netta create high-performing, thoughtful environments that exceed client expectations.
