Frank Sabouri, AIA, LEED AP, NCARB serves as Director of Design at Netta Architects, where he helps guide the firm’s design vision across a wide range of project types. With a strong background in architecture, sustainable design, and technical planning, Frank brings a thoughtful and detail-driven approach to each project from early concept through final execution.
In his role, Frank works closely with clients, project teams, consultants, and firm leadership to develop design solutions that are creative, functional, and responsive to each client’s goals. His leadership helps ensure that every project reflects a clear design direction while also meeting the practical needs of budget, schedule, code, and constructability.
Frank’s experience as a licensed architect, LEED Accredited Professional, and NCARB-certified professional allows him to balance design excellence with performance, sustainability, and long-term value. He understands that strong architecture must not only look good, but also serve the people, organizations, and communities that use it every day.
As Director of Design, Frank plays an important role in strengthening Netta Architects’ design process. He helps mentor team members, support design reviews, improve project quality, and bring a consistent level of creativity and care to the firm’s work. His leadership supports Netta’s continued commitment to thoughtful design, technical excellence, and client-focused service.
