Daniel Salazar brings more than 35 years of architectural experience and a broad background in design, technical coordination, and project leadership. His portfolio includes multifamily and mixed-use developments, hospitality, K-12 and higher education, laboratories, courthouses, municipal facilities, historic preservation, and building envelope restoration.
Daniel now leads Netta Architects’ growth in the multifamily market, guiding residential and mixed-use projects from early planning through construction. He works closely with developers, consultants, and project teams to create efficient, market-responsive designs that balance unit planning, amenities, building performance, constructability, and long-term value.
His experience allows him to address zoning, density, circulation, building systems, and phased development requirements. Daniel also excels at coordinating consultant teams and guiding clients through programming, design, construction documents, and construction administration.
His collaborative approach, technical knowledge, and understanding of development priorities help deliver thoughtful, functional, and well-coordinated projects.
