Victor Caban-Diaz is the Principle overseeing Netta Architects’ South Florida office in Boca Raton. He has left a tangible impact in the South Florida region with over a decade’s worth of experience as an accomplished designer. His imprint can be seen on nationally recognized projects like the parking garages at the Marlins ballpark, Brickell-City Centre, and the future Consolidated Car Rental Facility for Tampa International Airport.
Lauded not only as a designer, but for his commitment to client satisfaction, Victor Caban-Diaz has built lasting relationships with major established entities in South Florida. These include Broward Health, Arquitectonica, Pirtle Construction, and the Miami Parking Authority.
His passion for architecture is also shown through his involvement in the American Institute of Architects (AIA) where he currently serves as the President of AIA’s Fort Lauderdale chapter. He serves as a board member for his chapter and received the 2015 and 2016 President’s Award. He is often found speaking at functions all over South Florida on the topic of Optimizing BIM/REVIT for Architecture Firms.
